Can I include a special room request with booking through Trip.com?
Yes, of course! There’s an ‘additional requests’ box on the hotel booking page, which you can use to make your request for room details - choose from the available options like a non-smoking room, king size bed, etc.
When you book through Trip.com - whether that’s a flight, hotel, train, car hire or activity tickets - you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. You ca also review your bookings by selecting your profile picture at the top of the Trip.com homepage and selecting ‘my bookings’ from the drop down menu.
Check out your flight booking confirmation email - this will have a link to the cancellation and change policy for your airline or hotel. If a change or refund is possible, you can make the request through the booking details page.
