Delivery is charged at £9 regardless of your AU address, with the majority of addresses receiving their wines within 3 to 6 working days. Folks can make their delivery free by ordering 3 or more crates, whilst customers living in more remote locations can check their rough delivery windows online.
Returns to VINOMOFO
VINOMOFO are so confident in the quality of their wines that if any customer is unsatisfied with their wine within a year of purchase – they’ll refund it. Note that this is only applicable if you’ve opened only 1 or 2 bottles in a crate of twelve, or just 1 bottle in a crate of 6. Just notify the team beforehand (see contact details below) to arrange a pickup from a courier or a drop-off at your local post office.
