Princess Polly Returns

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt to receive an exchange or refund. Item must be in original conditions and packaging with tags still attached. Earrings and underwear can’t be returned. Swimwear items must have hygiene seal intact. Opt for an exchange or store credit and your return will be free. Opt for a refund and $6 will be deducted if you have used the returns label included with the package.  

Complete the returns label, repackage your items and stick the Australia Post label to the outside of the bag and over the original shipping label. Full policy here.
